Bonnie has 20+ years of global health experience.  She is a results-driven strategist called upon for her programmatic expertise in HIV/AIDS, vaccines, health research, community engagement, and her broad global network.  She brings insight, pragmatism, and technical knowledge to the strategy, design, and implementation of health intervention and advocacy programs.  Ms. Bender served as Regional Director for IAVI's Africa program and offers extensive on-the-ground experience designing and overseeing complex health research programs in sub-Saharan Africa.
